All rooms are designed for 2 persons (add'l person may use the sleeper at $15/person extra plus add'l meal cost).

Deposit Amount Required: 1/2 of stay

Check-In time is 4 pm.  Check-Out time is 12 pm

Accepted Payment Methods: MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, personal checks, travelers checks and cash

Approval Agencies: EXPLORE MINNESOTA, Bemidji Chamber of Commerce, Park Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Minnesota Bed and Breakfast Assoc. and Itasca Area Lakes Assoc.

Discounts: Business Groups 10%, Seniors w/ a 3 day minimum weekday stay (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) receive a 10% discount rate@$98/day - Saving of $33.00
Weekly stays Sunday – Saturday 10%

Cancellation: If more than 4 days notice, deposit will be refunded less a $10 handling fee. If less than 4 days notice, deposit will be refunded less a $10 handling fee if we are able to rent the cancelled room(s). If unable to rent the room(s), we will retain a 1 night stay or refund the deposit in the form a gift certificate for a future stay. No refunds for Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day bookings.
