All rooms are designed for 2 persons (add'l person may use the sleeper at $15/person extra plus add'l meal cost).

Deposit Amount Required: 1/2 of stay

Check-In time is 4 pm. Check-Out time is 12 pm

Approval Agencies: EXPLORE MINNESOTA, Bemidji Chamber of Commerce, Park Rapids Chamber of Commerce, Minnesota Bed and Breakfast Assoc. and Itasca Area Lakes Assoc.

Discounts: Business Groups 10%, Seniors w/ a 3 day minimum weekday stay (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) receive a 10% discount rate@$112.00/day - Saving of $39.00 Weekly stays Sunday – Saturday 10%

LoonSong B & B Cancellation Policy

Weekday’s cancellations (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)
Your account will be charges 10% cancellation fee

Weekend cancellations (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
A one night guest room rate will be charged to your account. The deposit balance refunded in a gift certificate for a future stay at LoonSong B & B.

No refunds for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day bookings

Resort Service Charge

If you choose to use the B & B as a resort with your party, an additional fee
of $125.00 for 2 day stay per room will be added.
Includes: Total access to property, grounds, lake, beach,
aluminum fishing boats & motor, boat docking, canoe, kayak,
picnic table, charcoal grill and facility.

Weekly and daily rentals include exclusive use of all 4 guest rooms,
property & grounds plus full breakfast served.
