Discounts for: Business Groups 20%, Seniors w/ a 3 day or more weekday stay (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) Seniors w/ a 3 day minimum
weekday stay receive a 10% discount rate@$98/day - Saving of $33.00

Cancellation: If more than 4 days notice, deposit will be refunded less a $10 handling fee. If less than 4 days notice, deposit will be refunded less a $10 handling fee if we are able to rent the cancelled room(s). If unable to rent the room(s), we will retain a 1 night stay or refund the deposit in the form a gift certificate for a future stay. No refunds for Memorial Day, 4th of July or Labor Day bookings.
